Reservoir Geology & Sedimentology

Reservoir Geology at PetroStrat provides an integrated set of services that aim to characterise the rocks central to our clients’ projects.  We examine their physical and chemical properties and their spatial distribution, integrating this with a wide variety of other data types to assess the rocks’ suitability for the emerging challenges of the energy transition and natural resource sectors.  By analysing key characteristics, such as mineralogy, sedimentological features, texture, porosity, and permeability, we can improve our understanding of potential fluid flow through the rocks.
